From community members: When you purchase a Data-ish Community membership we collect your name, email address, and billing address through our payment processor Stripe. Stripe also collects and stores your payment card information. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.
From community Zoom sessions: When you register for or attend a community Zoom session, Zoom collects your name, email address, and attendance data in accordance with Zoom's own privacy policy.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes only:
To deliver the Data-ish newsletter and community content you have subscribed to.
To process and manage your membership, including billing, renewal reminders, and access management.
To send membership-related communications, including welcome emails, renewal notices, and community Zoom invitations.
To understand which topics and resources are relevant to our audience, so we can improve our content.
To contact you about consulting services or other Back of the Napkin Consulting offerings if you have expressed interest or engaged with our content in ways that suggest relevance.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. How We Store Your Information

Payment information is stored and processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. You can review Stripe's privacy practices at stripe.com/privacy.
Zoom session data is stored by Zoom Video Communications, Inc. You can review Zoom's privacy practices at zoom.us/privacy.
5. Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your information is accessible only within the platforms listed in Section 4 above, used solely to deliver the services described in this policy.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you.
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate information.
You have the right to request deletion of your information. Note that deleting your information will end your ability to receive the newsletter or access community membership benefits.
You have the right to unsubscribe from the Data-ish newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Community members may cancel their membership at any time through the member portal or by emailing dana@backofthenapkinconsulting.com.
